Her journey continued at Triburg Buying Agency, where she served as a product developer and merchandiser for globally renowned brands such as Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more.

In 2015, Shweta joined the family venture Shades of Life, a premium home décor brand, where she played a key role in transforming the business into a fully integrated operation spanning manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.

Under her leadership, the company has evolved into a leading manufacturer of home furnishing products such as bedcovers, cushion covers, runners, curtains, and other textile-based décor items.
